Hubei Liruite Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. has welcomed a group of important international visitors - a delegation of industrial customers from Russia. The purpose of this on-site inspection is to deeply evaluate Liruite's technical strength and production system in the field of high-end manufacturing equipment, laying the foundation for substantive cooperation between the two sides in the future.
The Russian delegation visited the precision machining workshop, assembly and debugging workshop, as well as the research and development testing center of Liruite Company. The inspection itinerary closely revolves around technical validation and production capacity assessment.
During the two-day inspection, the delegation observed the on-site operation demonstration of the company's flagship products - high-precision honing machine series and six degree of freedom motion platform.
The Liruite technical team provided a detailed explanation of the core technical principles, key performance indicators, and typical industry application cases of the equipment. Russian engineers have conducted in-depth technical discussions with our experts on specific issues such as the processing adaptability of equipment to special materials (such as low temperature resistant high-strength alloys) and the operational reliability in extreme environments.

The technical focus of this inspection is highly concentrated. In the honing equipment area, Russian customers have shown strong interest in Liruite's external honing solution for large aspect ratio workpieces.
This solution can effectively ensure ultra-high dimensional consistency, geometric accuracy, and surface roughness of deep hole and long axis parts throughout the entire stroke range, which is the key processing capability required by Russia in energy equipment, heavy machinery, and other fields.
In the motion control display area, the dynamic response accuracy and multi condition simulation capability of the six degree of freedom motion platform have become a hot topic of discussion. The technical leader of the client inquired in detail about the customized development potential and data interface openness of the platform in specific scenarios such as vehicle chassis testing and aircraft component fatigue simulation.
