Chinese honing equipment manufacturer receives positive recognition from international peers
STUTTGART, Germany, May 11, 2026 – From May 5 to 8, 2026, GrindingHub, the world's premier event for grinding and precision machining technology, was successfully held at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre in Germany. This edition of GrindingHub attracted about 460 exhibitors from 28 countries, covering the entire precision machining value chain including grinding, honing, superfinishing and deburring. SUNNEN (USA), with a century-long history, is one of the world's largest specialised honing companies. The two sides exchanged views on honing tool technology development, global market deployment and after-sales service system construction. GEHRING (Germany), a technological benchmark in honing, impressed the Liruit team with its highly precise and automated closed-loop control system for cylinder bore honing. NAGEL (Germany) showcased its six core technologies spanning from honing tools to complete process development. Both parties reached broad consensus on the evolving precision requirements for electric vehicle components. KADIA (Germany), with its distinctive strengths in high-precision honing of small to medium bores and robotic deburring integrated workcells, also had a highly productive exchange with Liruit's technical staff.
