Liruite honing machine is a specialized grinding equipment that uses a honing tool to perform precision honing on workpiece surfaces. It is primarily used for the precision finishing of bore-type components in fields such as automotive engines, aerospace, hydraulic cylinders, bearings, and gears. The honing machines manufactured by our company can be broadly categorized into vertical and horizontal types. Vertical honing machines feature a shorter spindle stroke, making them suitable for machining short bores, such as those in housings. Horizontal honing machines are designed for deep-hole machining (with depths up to 20,000 mm). In these machines, the workpiece rotates driven by the spindle, while the honing tool performs axial reciprocating motion and radial feed, creating a cross-hatched surface pattern. This enables micron-level correction of roundness and cylindricity errors.
