Recently, Hubei Liruite Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. officially signed an investment agreement with the Management Committee of Zhongxiang Economic Development Zone. According to the agreement, Liruite Company will relocate as a whole to Zhongxiang Economic Development Zone and build a new high-end equipment research and development manufacturing base.
01 Signing Site
The signing ceremony was held grandly at the Zhongxiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The main leaders of Zhongxiang Municipal Government, the head of the Development Zone Management Committee, and representatives of relevant functional departments, together with the Chairman, General Manager, and core management team of Liruite Company, attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, representatives from both sides delivered speeches separately. The leaders of Zhongxiang City warmly welcome the choice of Liruite and emphasize that this signing is an important achievement for Zhongxiang City to "build nests and attract phoenixes" and promote the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster. The Chairman of Liruite expressed gratitude to Zhongxiang City for providing a superior business environment and policy support, stating that the new base is a strategic pivot for the company's "second entrepreneurship" and achieving leapfrog development.
Under the joint witness of the attending guests, representatives from both sides officially signed the investment agreement and took a group photo as a souvenir.
02 New Base Blueprint
According to the plan, Liruite will purchase land in Zhongxiang Economic Development Zone and invest in the construction of a modern comprehensive production base that integrates research and development, production, assembly, and testing.
The total planned area of the new base is dozens of acres and will be constructed in stages. The first phase of the project will focus on building high standard production workshops, precision constant temperature assembly workshops, and research and development centers to ensure that the core manufacturing processes of high-precision honing machines and six degree of freedom motion platforms can be carried out in the optimal environment.
The base will introduce intelligent production lines, high-end testing instruments, and digital management systems, committed to becoming a benchmark factory for precision honing and high-end motion control equipment in China. The location advantage of the new site will also greatly improve the logistics conditions for large equipment.
03 Strategic Upgrade and Maintenance
This relocation is not a simple spatial transfer, but a comprehensive upgrade of Liruite's corporate strategy. The company leader stated that the Zhongxiang new base will carry three core functions:
Firstly, it is the cornerstone of capacity expansion, which will completely solve the development space limitations of the original factory area and meet the increasingly growing delivery demands of domestic and foreign markets.
Secondly, it is a platform for technological innovation, and the planned R&D center will attract more high-end talents, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as the new generation of intelligent honing equipment and complex motion control algorithms.
Finally, it is the hub of industrial synergy. The equipment manufacturing industry chain being formed in Zhongxiang and surrounding areas will bring more convenient supply chain cooperation and customer ecology to Liruite, reduce operating costs, and improve market response speed.
04 Future Outlook
The Zhongxiang Municipal Government promises to provide "whole process, nanny style" services for the landing and construction of the Liruite project, and provide full support in policy support, talent introduction, supporting facilities, and other aspects to ensure that the project is completed, put into operation, and effective as soon as possible.
Liruite Company expects that after the new production base is fully put into operation, the company's annual output value is expected to increase several times and provide a large number of local technical positions, injecting new momentum into local economic development.
