The SWH-8000 honing machine is mainly used for honing precision inner holes of hydraulic cylinders and other pipe fittings. After processing, high-quality geometric accuracy and surface micro mesh can be obtained (meeting the production and maintenance requirements of hydraulic cylinders))
This machine tool mainly consists of a bed body, spindle system, servo reciprocating part, servo feed part, electrical system, cooling and filtering device, lubrication system, protective cover, fixture, honing tool, etc
Bed frame
This machine tool body is made of welded steel profiles and undergoes multiple tempering to relieve stress, ensuring the removal of welding stress. It is processed using a large gantry machining machine and completed in one clamping operation. The machine tool has high strength and excellent geometric positioning accuracy. And it can ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool.
Spindle system
The spindle box is a key component of this machine tool, with all gears having a precision level of 6 and all bearings being imported high-precision bearings, ensuring high speed, high transmission ratio, and low noise performance of the transmission. At the same time, all components have been optimized through finite element force analysis and computer dynamic simulation, demonstrating high reliability. The spindle box is developed specifically for deep hole honing machines, which can achieve constant power honing of pipe fittings within the machining range. The sliding device of the spindle box drag plate can easily remove the spindle box and honing tool from the machined hole after one honing cycle, facilitate hole inspection and measurement, facilitate the replacement of oil stones and workpieces, keep the honing head in a safe state, and avoid scratching the workpiece. At the same time, for the same workpiece, it can ensure that the parameters of the starting and ending points of the stroke remain unchanged. For the next work cycle, there is no need to reset the parameters, which improves work efficiency.

Reciprocating System
The reciprocating system consists of a reciprocating motor, a reduction gearbox, active and passive sprocket boxes, and roller chains. The reciprocating power is 4.5KW, the reciprocating speed is 0-40 meters per minute, and the speed is adjustable. The system has a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.1mm. The chain tension has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and after working for a period of time, it needs to be regularly checked by adjusting the M30 nut at the tail of the spindle bed
Honging Head Expansion System
Composed of servo motor, harmonic reducer, one tooth planetary acceleration, coupling, etc. Automatic stone compensation system, with a feed resolution of 0.001mm, ensuring the stability of machining dimensions
Control System
The control system is a self-developed honing control system by Liruite, with a 15 'color touch screen human-machine interaction interface. All electrical components are well-known brand products with a protection level of IP65 or above, reliable performance, and reserved interfaces for input and output, touch screen control operation interface, multilingual text display, used for input of processing parameters, processing monitoring, and manual control functions; Dynamically display the status of the honing process, and set machining parameters such as the honing head speed, reciprocating stroke speed, reciprocating stroke position, feed rate, and feed rate on the touch screen. Manual operation, machining monitoring, and fault alarm display of various movements of the honing machine can also be performed. The fault alarm is displayed on the touch screen fault alarm interface, which can quickly identify the fault point through fault indication and text display. The system has a manual and automatic switching function. The system has an automatic geometric accuracy repair function to ensure the consistency of honing workpiece dimensions.

Cooling and filtering device
The device includes lubrication system, magnetic filtration system, etc. Magnetic separator secondary filtration, with a filtration capacity greater than 50L/min, oil tank capacity of 300L-1000L, adjustable temperature, with independent chip collection box, can easily remove the filtered waste. Swiss TURBO centrifugal filtration system can be selected, and paper tape filter machine can be selected according to the situation to filter non-magnetic substances and oil cooler to maintain constant temperature operation of honing oil. Clamp
Special fixture, adjustable fixture range, manual loading and unloading method. The fixture positioning is reliable, easy to adjust, and the loading and unloading are convenient and fast. The clamping range can be adjusted, with a limit of 50mm-620mm. Pneumatic automatic fixtures and automatic loading and unloading systems can be optionally equipped, and a honing production line can be customized according to customer requirements. Installation and usage conditions of machine tools

Machine tool acceptance, installation, and operation training
1. Acceptance object: The workpiece within the machining range provided by Party A shall be the acceptance object.
2. Acceptance criteria: The acceptance criteria shall be based on the technical agreement signed by both parties.
3. Pre acceptance (customers can choose whether to conduct pre acceptance according to specific circumstances)
Pre acceptance is conducted by the equipment manufacturer, and the equipment user provides 2 test specimens for pre acceptance. The honing tools are provided by the equipment manufacturer, and measuring tools such as gauges and roughness meters are also prepared. Both parties shall process 2 consecutive pieces according to the machining accuracy requirements of the countersigned test pieces for equipment acceptance. After the acceptance is qualified, both parties shall sign the pre acceptance minutes, and the expenses incurred by the pre acceptance, such as the travel expenses and specimen transportation fees of Party A, shall be borne by Party A.
4. Final acceptance
Final acceptance shall be conducted by the equipment user, who shall provide the test specimens, measuring instruments, tools, and relevant personnel for acceptance; Three test pieces will be provided by the equipment user, one for debugging and two for acceptance. After the machine tool debugging is completed, both parties will process three consecutive pieces according to the machining accuracy requirements of the co signed test pieces for final acceptance of the equipment. After passing the acceptance inspection, both parties shall sign the final acceptance report.
5. Equipment installation
After the equipment arrives at the factory, the equipment user is responsible for unloading the machine tool, the installation and commissioning of the machine tool are carried out by the equipment manufacturer at the equipment user's site, and the relevant tools and facilities used for installation (such as lifting equipment, etc.) are the responsibility of the equipment user.
6. Operation training
During the equipment acceptance period, the equipment manufacturer shall provide operation training for the equipment user for no less than three working days. The training content mainly includes understanding the various components of the machine tool, familiarizing oneself with the machine tool, basic operation of the machine tool, use of honing tools, daily inspection and maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of the equipment. The number of trainees should not exceed 3, and during the training period, the expenses incurred by the trainees shall be borne by themselves.
after-sale service
The equipment warranty period is 1 year, starting from the date of final acceptance and signing of the acceptance report by both parties.
Responsibilities during the warranty period: During the warranty period, Party B has the responsibility and obligation to provide free maintenance services for non-human factors faults to users, and to provide free replacement parts for faults If the fault is caused by human damage or the user's environment does not meet the requirements, the replacement parts will be charged separately. During the warranty period, if there is a malfunction in the equipment or installation, the seller will provide a response and guidance within 8 hours after receiving a phone call from the user. Maintenance personnel will arrive at the equipment site within 48 hours. Overseas customers need to sign separate warranty and after-sales terms with the customer.
After exceeding the warranty period, the manufacturer will continue to provide lifelong maintenance services to users and charge part costs and service fees according to the manufacturer's charging standards.
