Brief introduction to the main structure and components of machine tools
The JLH-500 honing machine is mainly used for honing precision inner holes such as pipe fittings. After processing, high-quality geometric accuracy and surface micro-texture can be obtained (meeting the production and maintenance requirements of hydraulic cylinders).
The JLH-500 CNC vertical honing machine is mainly composed of a bed, a spindle system, a servo reciprocating unit, a servo feed unit, an electrical system, a cooling filter, a lubrication system, a protective cover, a fixture, a honing tool, etc.:
1. Bed
The bed of this machine is welded with steel profiles, tempered multiple times to remove stress, to ensure the removal of welding stress. A large gantry processing machine is used for processing, and the clamping process is completed in one time. The machine tool has high strength and excellent geometric positioning accuracy. And it can ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool.
2. Spindle system
The spindle box is a key component of this machine tool. All gears are of grade 6 precision, and all bearings are imported high-precision bearings, which ensure the high speed, high transmission ratio and low noise performance of the transmission. At the same time, all components have been optimized through finite element force analysis, and computer dynamic simulation has been carried out, which has high reliability. The spindle box is specially developed for deep hole honing machines. Through the spindle box, pipe fittings within the processing range can be realized at constant power. The spindle box slide plate sliding device can make the spindle box and the honing tool easily removed from the processed hole after a honing cycle, which is convenient for hole inspection and measurement, convenient for replacing oilstones and workpieces, and keeps the honing head in a safe state to avoid scratching the workpiece. At the same time, for the same workpiece, the parameters of the stroke starting point and end point can be guaranteed to remain unchanged. For the next working cycle, there is no need to reset the parameters, which improves work efficiency.
3. Reciprocating system
The reciprocating system consists of a reciprocating motor, a reduction box, an active and passive sprocket box, and a roller chain. Reciprocating power 3.5KW, reciprocating speed 0-40m/min, adjustable speed. The system has a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.1mm. The chain tension has been adjusted before leaving the factory. After working for a period of time, it needs to be checked regularly and adjusted through the M30 nut at the tail of the spindle bed
4. Feed system
It consists of a servo motor, a harmonic reducer, a one-tooth difference planetary acceleration, a coupling, etc. The MPS automatic oilstone compensation system has a feed resolution of 0.0001mm to ensure the stability of the processing size.
5. Electrical system
The control system is a self-developed honing control system of Liruite, with a 15′ color touch screen human-computer interactive operation interface. All electrical components are well-known brand products, with protection level above IP65, reliable performance, and reserved input and output interfaces, touch screen control operation interface, Chinese text display, for processing parameter input, processing monitoring and manual control functions; dynamic display of honing process status, on the touch screen can set the honing head speed, reciprocating stroke speed, reciprocating stroke position, feed amount, feed speed and other processing parameters, and can manually operate the honing machine for each movement, process monitoring and fault alarm display. The fault alarm is displayed on the touch screen fault alarm interface, and the fault point can be quickly determined through the fault indication and text display. The system has manual and automatic switching functions. The system has an automatic repair of geometric accuracy to ensure the consistency of the honing workpiece size, and the curve display system can monitor the size of the inner hole in real time.
6. Cooling and filtering device
The device includes a lubrication system, a magnetic filtration system, etc. The magnetic separator has a secondary filtration capacity greater than 50L/min, a tank capacity of 300L, an adjustable temperature, and an independent chip collection box, which can easily remove the filtered waste chips.
7. Clamp
Special clamp is designed, the clamp range is adjustable, and the loading and unloading method is manual. The clamp positioning is reliable, easy to adjust, and loading and unloading is convenient and fast.

Machine tool acceptance, installation and operation training
1. Acceptance object: The workpieces within the processing range of the machine tool provided by Party A are the acceptance objects.
2. Acceptance indicators: The acceptance indicators are formulated according to the technical agreement signed by both parties.
3. Pre-acceptance
The pre-acceptance is carried out by the equipment manufacturer, and the equipment user provides 2 test pieces for pre-acceptance. The honing tools are provided by the equipment manufacturer, and measuring instruments such as measuring instruments and roughness meters are also provided. Both parties accept the equipment by continuously processing 2 pieces according to the processing accuracy requirements of the signed test pieces. After the acceptance is qualified, both parties sign the pre-acceptance minutes.
4. Unforgettable
4.1 The final acceptance is carried out by the equipment user, and the equipment user provides the test pieces, measuring instruments, tools and related personnel for acceptance; the equipment user provides 3 test pieces, of which 1 is used for debugging and 2 are used for acceptance. After the machine tool debugging is completed, the two parties will continuously process 3 pieces according to the processing accuracy requirements of the signed test pieces for the final acceptance of the equipment. After the acceptance is qualified, both parties sign the final acceptance report.
5. Equipment installation
After the equipment arrives at the factory, the equipment user is responsible for the unloading of the machine tool, and the machine tool installation and commissioning is carried out by the equipment manufacturer at the equipment user. The relevant tools and facilities for installation (such as lifting equipment, etc.) are the responsibility of the equipment user.
6. Operation training
During the equipment acceptance, the equipment manufacturer conducted three consecutive working days of operation training for the equipment user. The training content is mainly as follows: use of the control console, familiarity with the machine tool, basic machine tool and CNC programming, daily inspection and maintenance, mechanical and electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, special training for motors and drive units, etc. In principle, the number of trainees shall not exceed 3. During the training period, the trainees shall bear the expenses incurred by the trainees themselves.
After-sales service
The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year, starting from the date when both parties sign the acceptance report after the final acceptance. If a major failure occurs during the warranty period and cannot be repaired in a timely and effective manner, the warranty period of the machine tool will be automatically extended.
Responsibilities of warranty commitment: Warranty commitment, Party B has the responsibility and obligation to provide users with free maintenance services for non-human failures and provide free replacement parts for failures. If it is a failure caused by human environmental damage or user use that does not meet the requirements, the replacement parts will be charged separately. When the warranty fails due to equipment and installation, the seller will give answers and guidance within 8 hours after receiving the telephone notification, and the maintenance personnel will arrive at the factory within 48 hours.
After the warranty period expires, the manufacturer provides users with lifelong maintenance services and continues to price the parts and service costs according to the manufacturer's charging standards.
