Heng grinding head
The honing head adopts a three-layer frame structure, which can achieve multi-directional floating; The multi-directional floating of the honing head ensures automatic centering of the workpiece during the honing process.
The honing head consists of an oilstone seat mechanism, an inner frame, a middle frame, an outer frame, and a balancing system. The oil stone feed is powered by the feed motor in the inner frame, and is transmitted through a reducer, bevel gear, screw, synchronous belt, and synchronous wheel. It is automatically fed by program control

Composition of honing head
The connection between the inner frame and the middle frame relies on the upper and lower shafts of the inner frame, the rolling and sliding mechanism, and the deceleration mechanism. The fixed inner frame can roll and slide up and down and swing left and right in the middle frame, and is equipped with a nitrogen balance system to reduce the self weight of the inner frame and other parts. There are screw drive mechanism, reduction mechanism, and servo motor on the inner frame, which can realize the left and right movement of the oil stone seat moving mechanism, and realize the feeding and shrinking of the oil stone.
The installation position of the oilstone seat mechanism is adjusted according to the processing range. The oilstone seat pointer corresponds to the position of the honing head ruler. The oilstone is fixed to the oilstone seat mechanism through the oilstone clamping block, which can quickly and conveniently adjust the position of the oilstone seat and replace the oilstone.

Workpiece support (three sets)
The workpiece support mainly consists of arc-shaped workpiece support frame, swing arm mechanism, lifting mechanism, etc. The maximum supporting force is 30 kN, the support frame stroke is adjustable within the range of 0-280 mm, the lifting mechanism stroke is 10 mm, and the support frame roller is made of nylon material to prevent scratching the workpiece.
The machine tool can be equipped with a set of workpiece supports to effectively prevent the workpiece from scratching downwards.

Reciprocating mechanism
The reciprocating mechanism consists of an active sprocket box assembly, a driven sprocket box assembly, a drag plate, a chain connecting plate, a chain bracket group, a chain, a drag chain, etc. The servo motor drives the honing head installed on the drag board to achieve reciprocating motion through a planetary reducer, sprocket, and chain.

The tailstock consists of a base component and a tailstock, equipped with an overload top, and a tailstock sleeve stroke of 280 mm.

Control operating system
The machine tool adopts a fully digital industrial computer control system, with a 15 inch LCD touch screen for operation, a user-friendly interface, large information capacity, and simple and convenient operation.
Real time data collection, real-time feedback, and adjustment of process parameters when working. Super strong processing parameter dynamic database, the operator only needs to input the outer diameter of the workpiece, and the machine tool automatically generates corresponding spindle speed, spindle box gear, maximum load rate, maximum protection torque and other parameters. Minimize the workload of operators and effectively prevent erroneous operations.
The oil stone feed control system can detect the high and low points, as well as the outer taper of the workpiece in real-time during processing, and reflect them in real-time on the display screen in graphical form. For the discovered high and low points, manual operation is not required, and the machine tool will perform short stroke repairs on the high points on its own; When the processing curve approaches a straight line, the cylindricity of the outer circle is highly consistent. It also supports manual short stroke repair, with adjustable short stroke frequency and amplitude. The online measurement and automatic correction program for processing load can achieve automatic control of local honing.
The programmable touch screen can easily input the size of the workpiece and calculate the appropriate speed of the spindle. The touch screen can also display the real-time working status of the machine tool: spindle load, high and low points of the outer circle of the workpiece, honing head position, honing time, feed rate, power range, etc. For the main parameters of processing, stroke, pressure, and time, there is a shortcut to directly adjust them using the touch screen. The equipment has an automatic repair function for parts. After detecting the position where the outer diameter of the workpiece is too large, the automatic repair can be turned on to automatically perform short-range repair at this position.

Cooling system
The cooling system is equipped with a three-stage filtering device consisting of an oil pump, magnetic separator, paper tape filter, and filter screen. The honing oil first passes through a magnetic separator, which can automatically remove most of the iron powder mud in the honing oil, and then passes through a paper tape filter, at which point the majority of the iron powder and oil stone powder in the honing oil have been removed. Finally, the circulating cooling working fluid is provided to the workpiece through the oil tank filter, oil pump, and pipeline. The amount of cooling oil can be adjusted according to the actual processing situation, and the cooling switch is located on the other side of the honing head.
Requirements for the previous process
Surface roughness: ≤ Ra12.5.
Roundness: ≤ 0.3 mm.
Conical angle: ≤ 0.2 mm/m.
The overall taper of the workpiece is ≤ 1 mm.

Installation and commissioning of equipment, quality assurance period, and after-sales service
1. Requirements for equipment installation, debugging, operation training, etc
Pre acceptance before product shipment, the supplier is responsible for the reception of the demand side and completing the pre acceptance work. The equipment will arrive at the site, and the supplier's service personnel will arrive at the demander within 20 days after receiving the service notice to install, debug, and test the machine tool. The equipment installation is the responsibility of the supplier, who shall provide their own installation and construction tools. The supplier shall comply with the company's regulations during the installation process and maintain the 5S work on site during the construction process. Installation and debugging will be completed within 60 days. After installation and debugging, trial production will be carried out and acceptance will be carried out according to standards. The supplier shall provide training for the purchaser's operators and maintenance personnel on site, with a duration of 7 days; The trained personnel will undergo theoretical and practical assessments jointly organized by both the supply and demand sides until they meet the job requirements.
2. Quality assurance period
The quality assurance period of the equipment is 12 months. During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems or malfunctions caused by poor equipment design or manufacturing or the responsibility of other suppliers, the manufacturer must immediately repair or replace the equipment free of charge and debug it properly.
3. After sales service
If the equipment malfunctions during the warranty period, the supplier must respond positively within 4 hours after receiving notification from the purchaser. If the supplier needs to go to the site for handling, the supplier must arrive at the purchaser's site within 48 hours.
4. Equipment installation
The installation of the equipment shall be assisted by the machine tool operators of the demand side, and professional training shall be provided to the operators on the structure and working principles of the machine tool, including simple troubleshooting, during the installation of the machine tool.

The purchaser shall provide their own items
1. Three barrels (200 L/barrel) of honing oil must be purchased from the supplier's designated model during acceptance.
2. Trial machining of workpieces (workpieces with dimensions within the range of honing machine machining)
3. Honing oilstone (the supplier only provides a small amount of honing oilstone for the buyer to inspect and test the honing workpiece).
